Welcome to HSP at WVU
Homeland Security Programs at West Virginia University (HSP at WVU) designs, develops, and delivers online and direct delivery high-quality training FREE to first responders that enhance their skills for preventing, protecting, responding to, and recovering from manmade and natural catastrophic events since 2002.
We are currently offering five online courses and three direct delivery courses. Our online courses are available anytime, making it convenient and flexible with your busy lifestyle. The direct delivery courses are instructor led and all mobile, meaning that courses are delivered at your agency’s training facility. For course information, visit the available courses link.

HSP at WVU also facilitates relationships that foster the advancements of biometrics research at West Virginia University.
